Qualifications

• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic BD plans to drive revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities across public and private markets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Direct proposal strategy, pricing, and client presentations.
• Manage opportunity pipelines, bids, and milestone tracking.
