Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth by building client relationships and leading strategic sales efforts. You will collaborate with delivery, strategy, and technology teams to craft value-driven solutions for C-level clients.

The role requires 12+ years in business development or related fields, with a proven ability to close complex deals and lead cross-functional teams in a consulting/tech services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives to understand business needs and challenges.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with delivery, strategy and technology teams to tailor solutions addressing client needs.
• Act as trusted adviser on digital transformation, emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality solutions with measurable business impact.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting.
• Represent Publicis Sapient at industry events, conferences and client engagements to enhance brand visibility.
