Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for the North American Aerosol and Beverage business. You will identify, develop, and convert strategic growth opportunities from market insight through qualification to commercialization.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build robust business cases, manage relationships with senior executives, and drive initiatives that deliver profitable growth. Travel up to 50% to advance priority opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience.
• Proven ability to identify and win new customers and opportunities.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in packaging or consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end opportunity development from qualification to commercialization.
• Build robust business cases with volume, price, margin, and ROI.
• Maintain customer relationships and executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute opportunities.
