Job summary

Trivium Packaging is seeking a senior transformation leader to steward the Project Management Office for Global Aerosol and Beverage, setting strategies, tools, processes and governance to drive execution and alignment across global sub‑BUs.

This global role supports procurement and transformation initiatives, including shared services, systems, KPI development and strategic category initiatives, reporting to the SVP GAB from the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transformation or top-tier consulting with manufacturing experience.
• 2 years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing projects across a global footprint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation governance and reporting for global sub‑BU alignment.
• Drive KPI development, performance tracking and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional and procurement‑related projects.
• Support special procurement projects: shared services, systems and tools, KPI development.
• Prepare board-level and Executive Committee reporting materials and insights.
