Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Medicare home health or hospice operations is valued.
• Demonstrated field experience and regulatory understanding necessary.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and implementation of business development, including attainable forecasting.
• Identify and penetrate market opportunities; provide strategic, in-field support for the team to reach revenue/admission goals.
• Represent the company to professional contacts about Medicare services offered.
• Monitor program execution and service delivery.
• Manage program tenets, build professional relationships, and support care teams.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to drive growth and market presence.
• Ensure proper use of marketing collateral.
