Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Colorado seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to lead growth for Medicare services within the assigned division. You will forecast demand, identify market opportunities, and support field teams to meet revenue and admission goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated related field experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including attainable forecasting.
• Identify and penetrate market opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Represent the company in activities involving professional contacts to apprise them of the availability of offered Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and service provision; manage program tenets and develop professional relationships.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to drive new growth and strengthen market presence with marketing collateral.
