Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a results‑driven business development professional to direct planning and execution of growth initiatives within the assigned division. You will identify market opportunities, forecast performance, and support care teams to expand Medicare services and admissions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with related field experience, knowledge of federal/state regulations, and comfort using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have demonstrated related field experience.
• Must have demonstrated experience and understand federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operations of Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including attainable forecasting.
• Identify and penetrate market opportunities, and provide strategic, in-field support for their team to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Represent the company in activities involving professional contacts to apprise them of the availability of offered Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and service provision.
• Manage the tenets of the program, develop professional relationships, and effectively support the company care teams.
• Achieve or exceed personal established threshold goal; where required.
• Call on referral sources and maintain account relationships to drive new growth and strengthen market presence; ensure proper use of marketing collateral.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in business, marketing, finance, or healthcare management
