Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a results-driven professional to lead business development across Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will forecast opportunities, plan market strategies, and support care teams to meet revenue and admission targets for Medicare services.

The role requires knowledge of Medicare guidelines, strong communication, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and communities.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma and related field experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health/hospice.
• Ability to operate a mobile device and basic tech skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support branches in Fort Worth, Cleburn, Hillsboro and Weatherford.
• Plan and implement business development within the division.
• Identify market opportunities and provide in-field support to achieve goals.
• Represent the company to medical and professional contacts about Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and service provision; manage program tenets.
• Develop relationships and support care teams.
