Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a dynamic sales professional to build and manage healthcare-related pipeline within Facilities Management and CRE technology spaces. You will design targeted campaigns, map accounts, and engage executives to uncover opportunities.

You will partner with Solution Development, Client Growth, and cross-functional teams to secure meetings with senior leaders and expand share of wallet across existing accounts while leveraging JLL content for thought

Qualifications

• Ability to think strategically and work cross functionally to identify white space in vertical markets.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and exceed sales quota.
• Experience building outbound campaigns and target account plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan prospecting strategies for targeted accounts and create engagement plans with sales and marketing partners.
• Field inbound leads and launch outbound campaigns to set up introductory calls for Solution Development and Client Growth teams.
• Facilitate discussions to identify real estate and facilities gaps and translate findings into business opportunities.
