Job summary

JLL is seeking a Group Account Executive to develop and implement portfolio strategies across healthcare client accounts. You will lead high-performing teams, align internal and client objectives, and manage diverse contract models while maintaining account health and driving revenue growth.

The role involves close collaboration with solution development teams, cross-functional leadership, and executive-level communication to ensure portfolio performance and risk mitigation across the healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Facility Management and/or Healthcare Real Estate executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive account plans for each client.
• Understand each client's healthcare real estate strategy and clinical infrastructure roadmap.
• Navigate and optimize performance across varied contract models including IFM, technical services, project delivery, and hybrid arrangements.
• Negotiate and execute contract terms, scope changes, and renewals directly with clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams to pilot, implement, and scale new offerings.
• Own staffing, scheduling, and cross-training decisions for facility director talent across the portfolio.
