Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA or higher preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive commercial property management, healthcare preferred.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and multi-site portfolios.
• Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee occupier services and property management across a multi-regional healthcare portfolio.
• Develop and implement system-wide policies, procedures, and best practices to drive results.
• Manage budgets, cost recovery, and revenue optimization; monitor A/R and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor multiple property managers and teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee landlord/tenant relations, lease compliance, and occupant improvements.
• Coordinate operations to enhance occupant experience and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technology-enabled solutions.
• Support business development opportunities and contribute to M&A integration when applicable.
