Job summary

Telligen, a population health management leader, is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth to shape and execute business development across the federal government segment. You will build executive-level relationships, map decision makers, and lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity discovery to delivery, aligning offerings with Medicare/Medicaid, TRICARE, and VHA priorities.

Based on the East Coast within commutable distance to the DC metro area, this role requires deep federal sector

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, healthcare administration, public policy, health informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience selling to federal agencies in healthcare-related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding federal sales quotas.
• Experience with contract vehicles, teaming, and alliance partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive federal growth strategies and account plans.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity discovery to delivery with executive stakeholders.
• Navigate federal procurement processes, vehicles, and decision-makers to win growth.
• Build trusted relationships with federal executives and strategic partners.
