Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an agency environment.
• Strong packaging experience within CPG or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing existing client accounts.
• Experience leading senior-level client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid commercial acumen with pipeline, proposals, and revenue forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts across brands, units, functions, and geographies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Provide leadership to Client Success Directors and Project Managers.
• Uncover client needs and translate into opportunities across capabilities.
• Oversee proposals, scopes, pricing discussions, and client presentations.
• Maintain growth plans, CRM opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
