Skidmore Studio is seeking an Account Director to partner with clients, project managers, and a creative team to drive meaningful results for CPG brands. This role demands a team-first, growth-minded leader who can articulate strategic vision and deliver compelling presentations.

You'll oversee client relationships, lead meetings, and collaborate with production and creative teams to keep work on schedule and on budget, while identifying new opportunities and expanding partnerships with existing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency CPG experience or equivalent.
• Client-facing and relationship-building in account management or business development.
• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and growth of client relationships and lead strategic thinking for clients.
• Lead client meetings, weekly check-ins, and account planning sessions.
• Drive proactive planning, uncover new project opportunities, and pitch recommendations to clients.
• Partner with business development to close new opportunities and manage scopes of work.
• Collaborate with project managers, creative, and production to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Participate in brainstorms and strategic planning for clients.
• Advocate for clients and manage conflict, turning difficult conversations into trust-building opportunities.
• Stay updated on CPG branding trends and share insights with the studio.
