Job summary

S&P Global is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to lead strategic growth initiatives for a business with substantial global revenue and workforce. You will collaborate with Finance and enterprise teams to shape priorities, track progress, and drive investments.

You will guide cross-functional projects, influence senior leaders, and craft clear strategic narratives for the board and executives, including organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience including financial analysis, M&A modelling and execution.
Ability to drive projects with significant strategic impact and influence senior leaders.
Strong analytical skills and executive communication, including presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee a broad range of strategic priorities and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategy outputs and mentor staff.
Partner on advisory projects covering strategy development, corporate development, and partnerships.
Develop financial models for investment evaluation and business case development.
Articulate SPGI strategy to executives and the investor community.
