Job summary

S&P Global seeks an Associate Director of Corporate Strategy to drive high‑impact initiatives across divisions worldwide. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategic growth priorities, track performance on key projects, and present findings to the Enterprise Leadership Team.

You will influence strategic decisions, work with M&A and Corporate Development colleagues, and contribute to due diligence and transaction support. Strong analytics and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience including management consulting, financial analysis, M&A modelling and execution, strategy, and/or senior executive exposure and support.
• Demonstrated ability to drive workstreams and large portions of projects with significant strategic impact.
• Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities, including strong executive level PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute on a broad range of strategic projects, formulating strategic recommendations and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with leads in corporate strategy and senior management to define and set goals through the annual strategic planning process.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support the business strategy and goals, and help plan and implement them.
• Develop business and operational action plans and drive implementation with senior management and stakeholders.
• Articulate SPGI strategy to board and investor audiences, tailoring messages for executive audiences.
• Support strategic assessment for acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships with M&A teams.
