Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to lead strategic growth, M&A and investment initiatives for a business generating about $14 billion in revenue and 40,000+ employees worldwide.

You will shape priorities, build financial models and provide clear strategic narratives to senior leadership. You will partner with Finance, enterprise functions and divisional teams to drive execution, communicate updates to the board and investor community, and stay ahead of market

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience across financial analysis, M&A modelling/execution, strategy, and senior executive exposure.
Ability to drive large projects, synthesize insights, and present clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee a broad range of strategic priorities and ensure timely deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact strategy outputs and mentoring.
Partner with Divisional Strategy leads on development and execution of corporate strategy, M&A and partnerships.
Develop financial models to evaluate investments and strategic initiatives.
Articulate SPGI strategy to executives and the investor community; monitor market trends.
