Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience including management consulting, financial analysis, M&A modelling and execution, strategy, and/or senior executive exposure and support.
• Demonstrated ability to drive workstreams and large portions of projects with significant strategic impact.
• Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
• Highly motivated, ability to take initiative and influence senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities, including executive level PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a broad range of strategic projects, formulating strategic recommendations and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Define and set goals through the annual strategic planning process with senior leads.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support the business strategy and drive implementation.
• Develop business and operational action plans and drive execution with stakeholders.
• Articulate S&P Global strategy to executives with tailored messaging for different audiences.
• Prepare communications of SPGI strategy and updates to the board and investor community.
