Financialnarrative is seeking a Director Growth & Commercial Strategy to lead enterprise growth initiatives, shape strategic planning, and partner with the SVP to prioritize opportunities across products, partnerships, and channels.

The role requires deep experience in financial modeling, structured problem solving, and executive advisory, with a track record of driving cross‑functional alignment and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or similar analytical roles in financial services.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and influencing executive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enterprise-wide growth strategy, including market sizing and opportunity prioritization across products, segments, and channels.
• Own TAM, demand forecasting, and growth models to guide strategic planning.
• Identify and champion new growth vectors across core and adjacent markets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term strategic priorities and roadmap sequencing.
• Develop financial models and business cases supporting strategic initiatives and partnerships.
