S&P Global is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy in New York to guide strategic growth, shape the corporate plan, and partner with Finance, strategy, and business units. You will manage complex projects, drive growth initiatives, and present strategic rationale to senior leadership, with exposure to executive leadership and a broad set of stakeholders.

Qualifications

10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, M&A modelling, strategy, and senior executive support.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects with significant strategic impact.
Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and recommendations.
Highly motivated with initiative and ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication.
Solid business acumen with knowledge of financial data industries and markets.

Responsibilities

Oversee a broad range of strategic priorities to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams and model strategic scenarios and market opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial analysis models for investment evaluation and business cases.
Articulate SPGI strategy to executives and the investor community.
