The candidate will manage talent, engage with customers, and coordinate corporate tasks while driving growth and operational excellence for the organization in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12 years of related experience, including 5 in IC community.
• Proven leadership of executive teams and cross-functional programs.
• Experience building strategic plans, proposals, and budgets.

• Lead business development and strategic planning for regional or area scope.
• Oversee contract performance, execution and financial metrics.
• Direct customer relations and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage revenue, profits, and indirect budgets, with CFO coordination.
