Quantech Services seeks a Director of X Team to drive strategic planning, BD activities, and program execution from Chantilly, VA. This full-time role reports to the President/CEO or X Team VP and sits on the SLT, overseeing multi-region contracts and performance metrics.

You will lead business development, customer relations, financial management, and team development while coordinating corporate taskings and ensuring compliance with PWS/SOW requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years related experience, 5 in IC community.
• Experience in BD, contract performance, and customer relations.
• Security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.

• Lead Business Area or region with strategic planning and execution.
• Develop capture plans and bid-no-bid briefings for proposals.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Oversee financial execution, budgets, and profitability metrics.

• Coordinate corporate taskings and lead X Team reviews with leadership.
