Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, Colorado seeks a Director of Strategy Planning and Execution to design, operate, and continuously improve the enterprise planning framework.

You will partner with the VP Corporate Strategy and executives to translate strategy into integrated business plans, prioritized portfolios, measurable objectives, and disciplined execution across hardware, software, services, and business functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise planning and strategy execution experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across hardware, software, and services.
• Proven ability to design governance and operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Quantinuum's enterprise planning framework.
• Translate strategy into integrated business plans and measurable objectives.
• Lead execution discipline and governance across functions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve delivery and performance.
• Maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting.
• Manage portfolio governance and risk mitigation.
