Highwire is seeking a Director, Strategy to lead the growth and execution of our strategy function. Reporting to the EVP, Head of Strategy, you will design strategic frameworks that solve clients' business, communications and marketing challenges and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

You will mentor junior strategists, lead client engagements, and partner with Analytics to ground plans in data-driven insights, shaping experiences and campaigns across earned media,

Qualificações

• 6+ years in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage senior-level relationships.

• Support creation of experience and engagement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions and develop client solutions.
• Partner with the Highwire Intelligence Group to ground strategies in measurable frameworks.
