1100 Endeavor Health Clinical Operations is seeking a Strategy, Planning & Business Development Consultant in Evanston, IL. The role supports the execution of system-wide strategy, drives growth initiatives, and partners with senior leaders to shape corporate strategy and partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business and/or Other Healthcare related degree, required.
5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, business development, data analytics, consumer/patient experience and insights, and/or finance in health care or equivalent.
Strong quantitative analysis and forecasting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Support development of Endeavor Health strategic initiatives and provide recommendations based on performance, market trends and business plans.
Manage a subset of high-value strategic projects aligned with Endeavor Health’s goals.
Assist in corporate strategy development, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
Communicate effectively across organizational levels to influence decisions and drive action.
Lead data-driven growth strategies and forecast impact of industry and market trends on care delivery.
