Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Strategy, Planning & Business Development Consultant to support development of strategic initiatives and drive growth through analysis of performance, market trends, and business plans.

You will manage high-value projects, help develop corporate strategy and partnerships, and translate data into actionable insights for leaders across Acute, Ambulatory, and Medical Group operations. Requires 5+ years in healthcare strategy and strong financial modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, planning, business development, data analytics, consumer/patient experience and/or finance in health care or equivalent work experience.
• Strong quantitative analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, strategic planning and business plan development skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving attitude; proactive and curious.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to influence across org levels.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Endeavor Health strategic initiatives and provide recommendations through analysis of business performance, market trends and business plans.
• Manage a subset of high-value strategic projects aligned to Endeavor Health goals.
• Develop corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, and business development opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for leaders across departments and initiatives.
