Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
• “Master’s degree” preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience preferred.
• Financial management, operations management, and EMR experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the MA/PSAs that check-in and room patients for specialties who choose to use the Suites to see patients.
• Provide practice management in support of the physician patient relationship to optimize access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services.
• Manage the practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and employee issues promptly.
• Leverage technological enhancements to optimize patient access and enhance the customer relationship.
• Achieve revenue cycle performance standards, analyze monthly physician income and expenses, manage office expenses, and communicate financial results to physicians and staff.
• Ensure People Management Cycle for physician and staff including hiring, onboarding, career development, coaching, and performance review.
