Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is recruiting for a Practice Manager II to oversee the efficient operation of medical practices. You will lead financial administration, staff leadership, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes managing revenue cycle performance, coordinating physician relationships, and leveraging technology to enhance access and service delivery. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of healthcare management experience preferred.
• Strong financial and operational leadership skills.
• Experience managing patient access and revenue cycle is a plus.
• Ability to lead teams and drive change within a medical practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MA/PSAs who check-in and room patients for specialties using the Suites.
• Support physician-patient relationships to optimize access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services.
• Manage daily practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and staff issues promptly.
• Leverage technology to improve patient access and customer relationships.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, analyze physician income and expenses, and report financial results.
• Lead People Management Cycle including hiring, onboarding, development and performance reviews.
