Qualifications
- PhD in health services research or equivalent; MD optional but not required.
- Significant experience in outcomes research and healthcare delivery research.
- Strong grant-writing and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute studies on outcomes, cancer care delivery, and implementation science.
- Provide methodological expertise in study design, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Lead investigator-initiated studies and participate in collaborative networks.
- Leverage real-world data to evaluate care delivery, outcomes, and disparities.
- Contribute to manuscript development and dissemination in peer-reviewed journals.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant writing and submissions.
- Support clinical teams and junior investigators to build research capacity.
- Collaborate with clinical and analytics partners to align research with system priorities.
