DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to join the US Marketplace Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team in the US. You will own a portfolio of growth initiatives, working with product, analytics, marketing, finance, and sales to drive expansion in strategic markets.

You will incubate bets from 0 to 1, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and translate insights into an actionable roadmap. A completed Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in a problem-solving role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 4+ years in a problem-solving role (consulting, tech, banking, or similar).
• Strong analytical and data-driven with Excel/Sheets; SQL experience preferred.
• Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of growth projects for the core Marketplace business.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, sales, and finance to resource and ship initiatives.
• Incubate bets from concept to funded programs or make clear go/no-go recommendations.
• Design experiments and analyze results to inform implementation plans.
