DoorDash’s US Marketplace team seeks an Associate Manager to own growth initiatives and partner with product, analytics, marketing, and finance to grow the core Marketplace business.

You will convert strategy into experiments, analyze outcomes, and scale new markets through rigorous testing and cross‑functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of problem‑solving experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a problem‑solving role (consulting, tech, etc.).
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience partnering cross‑functionally to drive results.
