Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team in the US. You will own a portfolio of growth projects, incubate bets, and collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, sales and finance to drive the core marketplace business forward.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, the ability to handle undefined problems, and cross-functional partnership to deliver on a scalable growth roadmap. A completed Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a problem-solving role: consulting, tech, banking, or similar.
• Experience taking something from 0 to 1 is strongly preferred.
• Highly analytical; data-driven; comfortable running analyses in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience preferred.
• Comfortable in white space and thinking at both detail and big-picture levels.
• Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of growth projects and incubate 0-1 experiments.
• Work with product, analytics, marketing, sales and finance to resource and ship initiatives.
• Develop strategies from first principles to grow segments and launch bets.
• Turn strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes; iterate accordingly.
