APi Elevator | Elevated Facility Services is seeking a Strategic Growth Associate to drive growth across the full lifecycle: identify targets, lead due diligence, and support integration and organic growth initiatives. You will partner with executive leadership and regional managers to build scalable processes and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, FP&A, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including synergy analysis and business case development.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with executive-level polish.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain acquisition pipeline identifying, screening, and prioritizing targets against strategic and financial criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for geographic expansion, new service lines, and verticals.
• Support outreach with targets, brokers, and industry contacts.
• Track pipeline status and report progress to leadership.
• Lead due diligence across finance, operations, HR, legal, and safety.
• Build financial models and synergy analyses to support investment decisions.
• Identify risks, value drivers, and integration considerations; translate into recommendations.
• Prepare investment memos and business cases for review.
