Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/credit.

Responsibilities

• Translate Growth strategy into actionable operating plans, measurable objectives, and day-to-day execution.
• Track progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Embed strategic priorities into day-to-day execution across asset classes (Personal Loans, Auto, Point of Sale).
• Coordinate cross-functional cooperation across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research and other stakeholders.
• Maintain prospect coverage maps.
• Establish structured communication frameworks across internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
• Improve workflows, reporting structures, and operating cadence.
• Increase efficiency and effectiveness across the Growth organization.
