Job summary

Strata is seeking a highly driven Strategic Growth Associate to help drive growth through acquisitions, recruiting, and strategic initiatives during an accelerated scaling phase. You’ll identify targets, contact high-potential candidates, and build long-term relationships with owners, brokers, and leadership.

You’ll collaborate with the leadership team to manage sourcing pipelines, support priority growth initiatives, and uncover opportunities impacting Strata’s future.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, business development, sourcing, executive search, corporate development, or a similar outbound-oriented role.
• 1-3 years of cold outreach, prospecting, or relationship development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in Denver and able to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-person time alongside Strata’s leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify acquisition targets and potential candidates.
• Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build relationships with business owners, brokers, and candidates.
• Maintain organized pipelines, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Help build sourcing campaigns in priority markets.
• Support recruiting efforts for key roles across Strata.
