Job summary

APi Group is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Senior Associate to support strategic growth by facilitating effective integration of newly acquired businesses.

The role connects diverse teams and stakeholders, enabling collaboration, alignment, and execution through the integration process, with exposure to organizational leaders and a deep understanding of APi's operations and integration practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading deployment of large and complex initiatives.
• Experience in M&A integration (preferred).
• Experience building project plans and PM artifacts; working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee M&A Integration projects.
• Partner with deal execution team to assess integration complexity and Day 1 readiness.
• Lead integration kickoff activities and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and resolve interdependencies.
• Track milestones, escalate blockers with recommended paths forward.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on status and decisions.
