Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and investment recommendations
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnerships opportunities through financial, strategic, and operational analysis
• Build financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, IRR, scenarios) to support recommendations
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and target screening
• Prepare executive presentations and investment memoranda for leadership
• Coordinate due diligence across functional teams
• Manage transaction workstreams, data rooms, and information requests
• Support deal execution from evaluation to signing and closing
• Assist post-close integration planning
