Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for select key customers across the continental USA, managing the relationship and developing annual account plans. The role involves coordinating with corporate HQ to align pricing, scopes of work, and contract terms while driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic accounts to increase market share, profitability, and revenues.
• Establishes relationships up and down the chain of command for each strategic account.
• Meet or exceed assigned strategic account revenue goals.
• Communicates account objectives for sales, and coordinates project scope of work, product and resource needs, timelines, and customer service to branch and corporate personnel.
• Ensure accounts receivable for assigned accounts do not go past 90 days (≤8% over 90).
• Develop new sales opportunities using creativity and resourcefulness.
• Actively leads the resolution of strategic account issues.
