Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Grower Account Executive for the Startup SaaS Platforms team. You will drive Stripe’s growth by expanding existing accounts and retaining clients, advising how Stripe solutions optimize operations and enable growth for SaaS platforms.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Risk, and Operations to move initiatives forward, develop executive relationships, and contribute to go-to-market priorities that broaden Stripe’s user base and renewals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a client-facing or closing sales role.
• Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build relationships with technical customers and stakeholders.
• Motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fluid environment.
• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company.
• Comfort interpreting and discussing API-first solutions.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and cultivate a named list of existing user accounts, expanding business and retaining clients.
• Understand users’ pain points and Stripe’s value for SaaS platform clients, proposing tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through evaluations of Stripe solutions for SaaS platforms with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute strategic programs that deepen product adoption and maximise utilization.
• Foster executive relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations to move projects through activation and adoption.
