Job summary

Heilind Mil-Aero, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to develop sales and provide back-up support for Customer Business Specialists and Branch Management for assigned accounts. The role involves coordinating internal and external resources and driving new account sales.

You will interview customers to determine needs, promote Heilind services, and execute quoting strategies with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in industrial sales.
• Ability to report to Lumberton, NJ office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with sales tracking software OPTRAK or Dem ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct internal and external resources to meet customer expectations.
• Interview callers and assigned customers to determine product/service needs.
• Develop and promote product sales for new and existing accounts.
• Promote Heilind's services including value-added enhancements and E-store.
• Persuade customers to purchase Heilind products and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely transactions and strong relationships.
• Develop and execute effective quoting strategies with sales and product teams.
• Negotiate pricing, returns and credits with customers.
• Determine delivery methods and time frames with customers.
• Support Sales Managers to solidify business at accounts.
• Provide sales administrative support to the team.
