Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Group Account Manager for Chase Travel Groups, Meetings, and Incentives to manage and grow an assigned portfolio.

You will deliver exceptional service, improve program performance, and support renewals while using data-driven insights to recommend improvements for group travel and events. Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations to optimize client outcomes, navigate stakeholder needs, and ensure timely, accurate submissions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing MICE/travel accounts.
• Experience with meetings and travel management technology tools.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and provide proactive service.
• Experience analyzing data to create reporting and improvements.
• Proven ability to navigate conflicts to mutual outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts by inbound inquiries, qualifying needs, and leading discovery conversations.
• Present group meetings and incentive services to clients, tailoring recommendations to goals and program requirements.
• Develop proposals using standard pricing frameworks, including cost build, written narrative, and presentation materials.
• Negotiate commercial terms within established guardrails and escrow exceptions for review and approval before client commitment.
• Lead end-to-end responses to RFI/RFPs by coordinating inputs, timelines, and approvals for submissions.
• Maintain accurate records in a CRM system to support pipeline visibility, next steps, and forecasting.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive outreach, reviews, and service optimization to support renewals.
• Manage contracts and SLAs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and service quality.
• Own client escalations from intake through resolution, ensuring timely outcomes and documented follow-up actions.
• Analyze client and program data to produce reporting and identify improvements.
• Apply MICE logistics expertise to guide planning decisions (venues, seasonality, group air).
