Job summary

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Central Sales Specialist to join our Central Sales Management team. You will drive incremental revenue across Group and Transient sales, acting as an extension of hotel sales teams.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, qualify leads, build proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities using Envision, Lanyon, and Cvent. The role requires strong business sense, prioritization skills, and a track record in mid-scale hotel sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hyatt Select Service or upper-midscale markets is required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue for Essentials hotels by managing Group and Transient sales opportunities across the full lifecycle.
• Qualify leads, build relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate, and guide opportunities from inquiry to conversion.
• Leverage Hyatt platforms (Envision, Lanyon, etc.) to maximize conversion and align with hotel goals.
