Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Transient Sales Specialist to join our Central Services RFP Assist team. You will focus on establishing and executing transient sales strategy for a portfolio of Essentials hotels, collaborating with Commercial Services and Hyatt brands to strengthen Hyatt’s position in the market.

The role requires a deep understanding of the Transient business, Hyatt systems, and hotel travel industry.

Qualifications

• Expert user of the new user interface of Cvent transient.
• Proficient with Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Amadeus Agency360 and Demand360.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Hyatt’s Transient tools and RFP process.
• Manage Transient RFP strategy and response for participating hotels.
• Provide excellent service to hotels with a positive attitude.
