Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Transient Sales Specialist to join our Central Services RFP Assist team, focusing on establishing and executing transient sales strategy for a portfolio of Essentials hotels.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Commercial Services and our Essentials brand hotels, playing an important part in strengthening Hyatt’s position as a leading hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Expert user of the new user interface of Cvent transient.
• Adept with Excel and basic business use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Envision.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel or related field.
• Knowledge of Amadeus products (Agency360 and Demand360).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage upward with good debate and consensus skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong understanding of Hyatt’s Transient tools and RFP process to guide hotels on execution.
• Manage Transient RFP strategy & response for participating hotels.
• Provide excellent service to hotels while maintaining a positive attitude.
