Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a General Superintendent to lead complex semiconductor fabrication projects from planning through execution. You will oversee safety, schedule, budget, and teams, partnering with owners, design teams and vendors for successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes Lean methods, strong leadership, and extensive field supervision across large industrial builds, with a focus on Mission Critical and Advanced Industries sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience on large semiconductor fab projects preferred and Lean principles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment through mentoring.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Manages staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develops work plans for self-performed and subcontractor work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; leads daily standups.
• Manages project schedule in coordination with Project Manager.
• Tracks budgets and cost reports; supports procurement processes.
• Leads project review meetings and prepares reports.
