Job summary

ValorHospitality is seeking a Group Sales Manager to plan and execute group meetings, conferences, and social events across our properties. You will multi-task, meet deadlines, and deliver high-level service while maximizing group revenue.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, booking SMERF groups, creating event orders, coordinating room blocks, F&B, and AV needs, and maintaining accurate documentation. Travel to site visits and client meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/group sales or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inquiries for group meetings, events, and rooms.
• Directly sell and book SMERF groups and similar events.
• Create event orders and diagrams; manage room blocks and F&B requirements.
• Coordinate with departments, update BEOs, and maintain documentation.
• Attend site visits and act as on-site client contact; upsell hotel facilities.
