Valor is seeking a Group Sales & Event Services Manager to plan for group meetings, conferences, and social events with a strong focus on customer service and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.

The role involves selling, booking, and servicing entertainment, media, and VIP groups, creating detailed event orders, and serving as the on-site client contact to resolve any issues during events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inquiries for group meetings, events, and rooms.
• Sell, book, and service entertainment, media, and VIP groups.
• Create detailed event orders, rooming lists, and catering requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of events and communications across departments.
• Act as on-site contact and address client needs during events.
• Maximise revenue by upselling hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate with vendors and culinary teams to meet client expectations.
