Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, Group Sales in Arlington, TX. You will drive the success of the Group Sales team through strategic marketing, pricing management, and process optimization, serving as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance.

You will develop annual marketing plans, analyze campaign performance, manage product lifecycles, and collaborate on pricing to maximize attendance and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or project management.
• Strong PM, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience building sales tools, initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
• Proficient with CRM systems and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans for group sales segments.
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize lead generation and conversions.
• Manage group sales products, packages and promotions lifecycle.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies with stakeholders to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine offerings.
• Create sales playbooks, templates, and training materials.
• Support CRM management, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Lead cross-functional sales projects from concept to execution.
• Support events and planning initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
