Job summary

• Group-level financial leadership experience
• Experience with insurance and investment finance
• Strong governance, risk, and regulatory knowledge
• Strategic partnering with CEO, Board and executive teams
• Capital management and liquidity optimization
• M&A, corporate development, and due diligence proficiency
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
• ALM, solvency, and capital adequacy expertise
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• ERP and FP&A modernization experience
• Cross-functional leadership across subsidiaries and units
• Ability to drive performance dashboards and KPI tracking
• Experience with actuarial and risk partnership a plus
• Comfort with complex, multi-entity organizations
• Proven ability to manage capital strategy and investor relations
• Strong ethics and governance mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's overall financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee profitability, balance sheet, cash flow, and capital position across subsidiaries.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Group.
• Provide oversight of insurance finance including profitability, reserves, and underwriting margins.
• Guide investment and asset management finance across portfolios and entities.
• Drive capital planning, solvency, and capital deployment strategies.
• Oversee asset-liability management and liquidity across insurance and investment entities.
• Lead treasury, funding strategies, and banking relationships.
• Manage group financing, debt issuance, and capital-raising activities.
• Lead financial evaluation of acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
• Ensure consolidated financial reporting, compliance, and governance across the Group.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and effective internal controls across jurisdictions.
• Establish risk-management framework with CRO and risk leads.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and governance.
• Engage with investors, lenders, and rating agencies; communicate strategy and outlook.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and analytics modernization.
• Lead Finance leadership and talent development across subsidiaries.
