As a key member of the executive team, you will drive capital management, investment oversight, ALM, treasury, risk management, and strategic corporate development while partnering with the CEO and Board to maximize enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in regulated financial services.
• Proven executive leadership as CFO/Finance Director.
• Strong expertise in insurance finance, capital management, and M&A.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and governance.
• Strategic partner to CEO/Board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overall financial strategy and governance for the organization.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management with KPI dashboards.
• Oversee insurance finance, reserves, cost controls, and underwriting profitability.
• Manage investment portfolio oversight, asset allocation, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Direct capital planning, solvency management, and balance-sheet optimization.
• Lead treasury, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Ensure regulatory reporting, statutory accounts, and audit relationships.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and data analytics.
